Prior to his career in the private sector, Walt served in the US Air Force (USAF) and was acknowledged as one of the USAF outstanding recruiters. Walt has consistently been recognized for delivering results. After retiring from the USAF, he was honored as one of the top recruiting executives while working for an executive search firm in Connecticut. Walt then partnered to establish Lighthouse Recruiting Group. As he moved forward, his vision and focus shifted, enabling him to establish a highly personalized recruitment firm specializing in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Thus, the establishment of Walt Medina & Associates.
